These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetYuva, a multilingual real estate marketplace operated in the Republic of Türkiye that connects individuals with real estate agencies and their property listings (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using GetYuva, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use GetYuva. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of GetYuva — such as saving favorites, sending inquiries, or posting listings — you must register for an account. You agree to:

provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering;
keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others;
notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account; and
accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, is used to violate these Terms, or is inactive for an extended period.

3. Listings & Content

Real estate agencies that post listings on GetYuva ("Agencies") are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they submit, including price, location, property status, images, and availability. Agencies must:

have a legitimate right to market the property listed;
keep listings up to date and remove them promptly once a property is no longer available; and
not post misleading, duplicated, or fraudulent listings.

We may verify listings and Agencies before or after publication, and we may edit, unpublish, or remove any listing or other content — with or without notice — that we believe violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise harmful to users or the Service. Verification and moderation reduce risk but do not guarantee that every detail in a listing is accurate at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetYuva to:

submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information about yourself, a property, or an Agency;
scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent;
impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Agencies, or GetYuva staff;
interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service; or
use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Turkish law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

The GetYuva name, logo, interface, and underlying software are owned by GetYuva or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

When you or an Agency submit content to GetYuva — such as listing descriptions, photographs, floor plans, or reviews — you retain ownership of that content, but you grant GetYuva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Service and in related promotional materials, for as long as the content remains on the Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

GetYuva relies on third-party providers to operate the Service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, mapping services, and other integrations. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services or websites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

GetYuva is a marketplace that connects users with Agencies — we are not a real estate agent, broker, landlord, seller, or party to any rental, sale, or other transaction between a user and an Agency. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and we do not verify every fact stated by an Agency. Any agreement you enter into with an Agency is solely between you and that Agency, and you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetYuva and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any transaction or dispute with an Agency or another user. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to GetYuva in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Turkish law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for GetYuva or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
